EigenMode The Quantum Experiment
You are Ψ1. A lone electron, trapped inside Dr. Messer's laboratory.
He's watching. He's measuring. And he's determined to break your quantum coherence.
But somewhere, on the other side ofthe lab, your entangled partner Ψ2 feels everything you do. Every photon you absorb. Every barrier you cross. The correlation between you only grows stronger, and Dr. Messer is starting to notice.
EigenMode: The Experiment is a 2D puzzle-platformer built around real quantum mechanics concepts. Each chapter introduces a new physical principle, not as flavour text, but as actual gameplay mechanics.
Chapter 1, The Photon Chamber: Dodge and absorb photons of different frequencies. Learn that energy isn't just a number. It's colour, and it matters.
Chapter 2, The Barrier: Walls that are classically impossible to pass. Unless you remember what you are. Quantum tunneling isn't a metaphor here, it's how you move.
Chapter 3, The Magnetic Trap: The Lorentz force pushes you mid-air. Choose your spin, up or down, and it decides your fate. This chapter is already playable!
Each room is rated with eigenvalues (n, l, m, s), the real quantum numbers that define an electron's state. Chase perfect runs or just survive the experiment.
The story unfolds through Dr. Messer's increasingly uneasy observations. He built this experiment to study you. He didn't expect you to resist.
